I am a fashion forward mom who does not like to look like I'm putting on slippers out in public. I purchased these as a substitute of the normal flat slipper-looking sherpa lined styles that everybody is wearing out there. They are so comfy and savvy. You can rock them out with skinny jeans, leggings, and skirts or shorts for the spring. I enjoy the boot! It is so flattering on the leg! And not to go on and on about the detrimental sides, but just so you are prepared: it is relatively cozy, but there is no help for your foot. So if you get sore feet standing all day without assistance (arch, or general foot) then these may well make your ft sore. I wore them in the kitchen area all evening generating pizza for close friends, so I was on my ft on our ceramic tiled kitchen flooring and my ft were sore and fatigued at the finish of the evening. I would propose adding in a set of sensible ft or other rigid insert. The boot is like a mocassin (like these from the 60s and 70s when they were popular), so there is no assistance there. Also, the fringe goes swish-swish and it is quite apparent when strolling down a silent workplace hallway! We perform in a casual scientific-research setting so I can wear these there. Strolling down the hallway is fun, but beware if you're self-conscious about creating noise. It really is not a negative sound but it really is loud; a lot of suede flopping on suede. I love these! The fringe makes a fun swishing sound when I walk. They DO match SPECIFICALLY to size. I can wear a skinny sock with them, esp now that they are damaged in, but suitable out of the box they had been a tiny tricky to pull on. I do not advise going a size up, although, simply because they break in superbly and the match ends up getting great.Wears this shoe: With dresses or over jeans.

I purchased these shoes to wear in a costume parade exactly where I'd be on my feet for many (assume about 10) hours. I had prepared to wear with gel insoles to boost the convenience level and I am glad I did. These footwear are soooo cozy but that was with the insoles. They appear great with anything from jeans to skirts. The color was wonderful - I acquired the orange ones. One particular word of suggestions - I usually wear a nine in boots/shoes so I ordered a nine in these and had to return them for a ten due to the fact they fit PRECISELY. No space for thicker socks or the insoles. I advise heading up a full dimension unless you put on a 50 % dimension, then it need to be OK to go up to the up coming full size.
